This week in theme time we explored some of the properties of ice. We put ice in a bowl and observed it. We felt it and added food colouring to it. We then took it outside and watched it melt…it was so fun.

We then filled up a glove and a balloon with water and we put it in the freezer. You can see from our faces that we were so excited. We can’t wait to see how the ice looks!!

We made cards using “Wordle”. We thought of words to describe our mothers and created a couple of exciting layouts…. Click on the image below to enlarge it

Using wordle to make cards for mothers day was a great idea - I must remember to do that next time I need to make a card.
