This week we have had the Life Education caravan at Sunnybrae School.
We learned about some of body parts and their function and also about the importance of keeping healthy. We learned that there are 9 things that our body needs to stay fit and healthy, they are:
1. Water
2. Food
3. Oxygen
4. Exercise
5. Sleep
6. Daily Washing
7. Safety
8. Shelter
9. Love

Hi room 14, Thomas came home and told me all about the body and how to stay healthy. He said that washing your hands and body is very important.
