On Tuesday we were really excited..the day had come..we were off to Magnum Mac to do some serious work - finding “aliens” hiding in the store. Our treasure hunt was exciting, we read the clues and found them together.

The team at Magnum Mac worked with us doing “green screening” and using Kid Pix. We all had a turn taking photos of each other with a digital camera thinking about how we would react if we saw a real alien. We worked on laptops drawing our space ships on our background and learnt how to save them on the desktop.

We were really excited when the captain of the alien’s space ship called Ian and said that his ship had broken down and could we possibly take the green aliens back to school..and of course we said “YES!!!!!!!!!!!”
We became friendly with our green friends and of course, they became a part of our class at Sunnybrae Normal.
We all had a fabulous time!!! A special thanks to Mary, Ian, Kerry and the great team at Magnum Mac!
