Life Education

This week we have had the Life Education caravan at Sunnybrae School.
We learned about some of body parts and their function and also about the importance of keeping healthy. We learned that there are 9 things that our body needs to stay fit and healthy, they are:
1. Water
2. Food
3. Oxygen
4. Exercise
5. Sleep
6. Daily Washing
7. Safety
8. Shelter
9. Love

  3. The 9 things that we need to keep us healthy are 1.sleep 2.washing 3.love 4.safety 5.Exercise 6.food 7.water. You shoud not eat junk food.
